  • Give Suggestions about process improvement.
  • Always talk and dicuss with logics.
  • Suggest alternate ways of doing things.
  • Always smile.
  • Keep things cool and calm, dont take things too serioulsy.
  • Even if you have to say "No" say it with a smile.
